1 star is honestly being generous. Took my car in for a tire change and somehow left with more problems than I came in with. Had to take it somewhere else immediately after.

Facts: I've never been treated with more respect and kindness anywhere else more than this location. It's GENUINE, SINCERE and more importantly CONSISTENT. Embellishments: The OWNERS are a great example of how to operate and manage a business. They have a STANDARD and stand behind it and from what I can see it's GOOD SERVICE, FAIR PRICING. Staff/Employees: My wife and I were greeted quickly and listened to attentively. The work was performed and we left again as SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. Recommendations: 5 Stars. IF YOU'RE IN NEED OF TIRES / AUTO SERVICE GIVE THEM A VISIT. MOST PLACES CLOSE EARLY BUT THEY OFFER EXTENDED HOURS AT THIS LOCATION ( NOT SURE ABOUT THE WARWICK LOCATION ) I haven't visited there as of yet😉 Thanks for reading...Have a Blessed Day👍

Cannot say enough nice things about this business. They fixed our tire at 10:00 pm on a Thursday night and saved our family trip scheduled to leave the next morning at 4:00am. Super friendly, very reasonable pricing, and great service!

On May 26 at approximately 8:36 PM, I contacted the business to confirm that they operated as a 24-hour tire shop and to verify that the tire I needed was in stock. The representative confirmed that the business was open 24 hours and that the requested tire was available. She also provided me with the price of the tire, and I informed her that I would be on my way shortly to purchase it. While en route to the business, I callback to update my eta. The representative advised me that, due to the time being after 8:30 PM, the price of the tire had increased by an additional $25 from the originally quoted amount. This sudden price change after I had already begun traveling to the location was a major inconvenience and came across as both unprofessional and dishonest. Had the additional fee been disclosed during the initial conversation, I could have made an informed decision before leaving. Due to the lack of transparency and unexpected change in pricing, I politely informed the representative that I would no longer be needing the tire.

I brought my vehicle here a few days ago for repairs, but the issue was never properly fixed. The mechanic who worked on my car is apparently no longer employed there, and now the owner is refusing to take responsibility for the labor or the unresolved problem. Despite providing a copy of my receipt, I was told the receipt did not come from their business and that the matter is no longer their responsibility. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I expected accountability and proper customer service, especially after paying for repairs that were not completed correctly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
